How do I configure FAX to email?



Solution:



  1. Logon to control panel

  2. Click on DID NUMBERS

  3. Select the DID you want to configure as a FAX

  4. Click on the CONNECTED TO drop down menu and select "Fax to Email"

  5. Enter the email address where you want to receive faxes.



NOTE. Besides receiving faxes via Email, these can be also viewed under the FAXES tab.
