Duties
- Analysis and configuration of custom designed Softswitch - Inphonex Softswitch [JAVA/J2EE (BEA) container / SIP Servlets] and ACME packets session border controller.
- Test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing system, mapping network drives for end users and mapping printers to static IP addresses through understanding of SIPv2 protocol and related network.
- Analysis of computer connectivity issues and network connectivity issues through understanding of IP based network systems and protocols.
- Design and implement systems, network configurations, and network architecture, including hardware and software technology, site locations, and integration of technologies.
- Assist users to diagnose and solve data communication problems, and create AD Domain/Group Accounts and AD account administration.
- Monitor system performance and provide security measures, troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
- Work with other engineers, systems analysts, and top-level managers in the design, testing and evaluation of systems and programming languages such as C, PHP, Perl, and MySQL.
- Resolve troubleshoot PC issues via remote/telephone/on-site.
- Maintain needed files by adding and deleting files on the network server and backing up files to guarantee their safety in the event of problems with the network.
- BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN COMPUTER INFORMATION SYSTEMS (CIS) OR RELATED FIELD IS REQUIRED
