All affiliates of InPhonex do so at will and agree that they are in no way involved with the client from that point on nor will they act between InPhonex and the customer. Payment of commission implies nothing more than payment for services rendered. Once you complete the application it will be submitted for approval. Once you receive the email notifying you of acceptance, you can begin to receive commissions for the referrals that you make to www.inphonex.com, our retail web site. We offer agent commissions on Long Distance Call Credit purchases, unlimited monthly plans and other services. We do not offer cash commissions on device purchases. We will track device purchases and offer special awards based on device sales. The commissions will show in your account but will not be paid in cash. Only orders placed within the affiliate program will be considered for commission. There is no way to add an Affiliate ID to an order that has been placed or existing customer account. Commissions are paid monthly on agent accounts with credit balances of over $100.00. Agent commissions and the InPhonex Affiliate Program are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice. By applying for the InPhonex VoIP Agent Program you agree to consider all communications from InPhonex as confidential and agree not to disclose the information to any third party or to use this information in any way that would be considered to negatively impact InPhonex. In addition, by applying for the InPhonex VoIP Affiliate Program you agree that the end user is the customer of InPhonex and not the InPhonex VoIP Affiliate. In order to properly support the customer it is necessary for you to inform the them that in the event they need customer service or support that they are to contact service@inphonex.com or support@inphonex.com directly. InPhonex will not provide third party support to the InPhonex VoIP Affiliate on behalf of the customer.
