How do I change credit card information online?


Problem:

How to make changes to credit card information online?


Solution:

  • Log in to your Control Panel's billing preferences area (https://www.inphonex.com/secure/) using any virtual number in your account as Login ID and the PM (admin) password. Then refer to the Statement of Account in the MAIN MENU to review and confirm the balance in your account.
  • You may then return to the MAIN MENU and proceed to Payment Preferences to choose a method of payment:
    • CHARGE an existing credit card
    • ADD a new credit card or EDIT an existing one,
    • CHANGE to a different method of payment such as PAYPAL (please type your PAYPAL email address in the provided field and save by clicking SUBMIT).
Please Note: If paying via PAYPAL, once you submit your payment you will be re-directed to the PayPal login screen to complete your payment.
