How do I configure FAX to email? Problem:How do I configure FAX to email?Solution:1. Login to your Control Panel2. Click on DID NUMBERS 3. Select the DID you want to configure as a FAX 4. Click on the CONNECTED TO drop down menu and select "Fax to Email" 5. Enter the email address where you want to receive faxes. NOTE. Besides receiving faxes via Email, these can be also viewed in your Control Panel under the FAXES tab. Fax to email option is only supported when using 1800, 305 or 786 DIDs, as they are 100% PSTN numbers ______________________ Views: 21366
