What is a free account - Basic Membership password?

Solution:

A free account aka Basic membership offers one level of account access:

Admin password is the SIP password, one password will manage the control panel as well as the SIP device.
The password is case sensitive and must be entered correctly otherwise the device will not work.
If entered incorrectly, the SIP device will fail registration and therefore you will not be able to place calls.
