Sipura 3000 not hanging up


Problem:

Even though I hang up the phone the PSTN port on my Sipura 3000 is still active.


Solution:

In the Sipura 3000, go to advanced options under the SIP tab and look for the CPC duration field.
Change the 0 for 2.
